[drbd-mc] Recommended Sync Rate

Hi,

the documentation tells to configure syncer with 33% the bandwidth of
the slowest path to the peer. Why is this recommendation there? Why
no use 100% or even some large number like 500000M to reach the maximum
speed?

Why not read the DRBD User's Guide?
